Over the past 2 weeks.....

30 year interest rate has dropped to around 4.70%

15 year rate has dropped to around 4%

10 year rate has dropped to around 3.3%

Remember, rates have a greater propensity to increase than decrease. Watch rates for a short period of time, maybe a week, decide what rate you like, lock it and don't look back. Missing out on that .05% lower rate wont hurt near as much as increase of .1%.
